I'm a proud owner of an Amiga 4000 040 25MHz with a to Toster, I am also
still paying for it. When I went to the NAB I got to see lightwave 4.0 on
for Windows NT, It had muti-colered screens for layout and modeler all of
the objects had thair own color blue,green,red..... and you could render
your surfaces around a ball on screen in 256 colers. Newtek don't have
the 4.0 running on the Amiga and they said that it would NOT have new
coloers! They said that the Amiga couldn't handle it! I know that the an
AGA Amiga can handle 256 colors on screen or 256,000 in HAM8. I would also
like to know if the plug-ins made on IBM or SGI will work on the Amiga or if
the ones on Amiga will work on IBM or SGI? The Toster was the only thing
left for the Amiga and if Newtek starts to leave it then the Amiga will
be 100% Dead!
